The Sector Manager is a senior management role responsible for overseeing strategic alignment and operational execution within the sector. The successful candidate will formulate and organize work plans, assign tasks to team members, and provide guidance to improve workforce effectiveness. A key focus will be on identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in systems, team dynamics, and practices that promote Saudi identity and showcase Saudi artistic heritage. The Sector Manager will also ensure team readiness aligns with service levels, enforce policies for safety and quality, foster a competitive spirit, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive visitor information. Regular meetings with supervisors will be held to assess risks, develop corrective plans, and escalate issues as needed. The Sector Manager will verify daily task completion at centers and provide clear directions in ambiguous situations.
Job Requirements:

At least 4 years of progressive management experience focusing on team leadership and operational excellence.
Proven ability to develop and implement work plans that enhance team performance and meet organizational goals.
Strong understanding of and ability to promote Saudi cultural identity through artistic initiatives.
Experience in identifying and applying continuous improvement practices.
Knowledge of safety and quality control policies, with the ability to enforce compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster team spirit and competition.
Skills in confidentiality management and protecting sensitive information.
Experience in risk assessment and developing corrective actions with stakeholders.
Ability to adapt to ambiguity and provide clear guidance in challenging situations.
