The Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in steering the operations of our organization towards sustainable growth and excellence, contributing to the preservation and enhancement of Saudi cultural identity and heritage.
With at least 7 years of extensive experience in operational management, this senior management position demands a strategic thinker who can prepare, organize, and distribute work plans while effectively guiding and mentoring the team.

Regular reporting based on operational indicators will be required to prompt strategic discussions, where proactive planning for risks and challenges will be fundamental.
The ideal candidate will uphold the management of cultural heritage and archaeological sites while actively contributing to achieving project objectives in alignment with internal policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:


A minimum of 7 years of proven experience in operations management within a relevant industry.
Demonstrated ability to prepare, organize, and distribute comprehensive work plans effectively among team members.
Strong proficiency in team leadership and mentoring, with a focus on enhancing team dynamics and performance.
Experience in identifying, assessing, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives in operational systems and team practices.
In-depth understanding of compliance and regulatory standards related to workplace safety and operational quality.
Proven track record of developing innovative engagement strategies to enhance visitor experiences.
Capacity to motivate and inspire team members, fostering a culture of competition and performance excellence.
Experience in preparing, analyzing, and presenting operational reports accurately and on time to management.
Strong commitment to confidentiality, ensuring secure handling of sensitive visitor information.
Demonstrated ability to conduct regular supervisory meetings that address operational challenges and propose corrective action plans.
Familiarity with cultural heritage management principles and practices, particularly in relation to archaeological sites.
An understanding of how to align operational strategies with overarching project goals and internal policy frameworks.
Proven ability to facilitate effective communication across various levels of the organization.

Ensure compliance with all safety and quality policies and regulations, maintaining a healthy work environment.
Generate and present periodic operational reports based on key performance indicators to senior management.
Establish a customer-centric service model that prioritizes exceptional guest experiences.
Uphold confidentiality concerning all operational matters and visitor information management.
Conduct regular meetings with supervisors to address challenges and devise corrective actions, reporting findings to management.
Actively manage and preserve cultural heritage and archaeological sites with a focus on effective stewardship.
Contribute to achieving project goals while ensuring strict adherence to internal policies and operational guidelines.
