At least 4 years of progressive management experience focusing on team leadership and operational excellence.Proven ability to develop and implement work plans that enhance team performance and meet organizational goals.Strong understanding of and ability to promote Saudi cultural identity through artistic initiatives.Experience in identifying and applying continuous improvement practices.Knowledge of safety and quality control policies, with the ability to enforce compliance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster team spirit and competition.Skills in confidentiality management and protecting sensitive information.Experience in risk assessment and developing corrective actions with stakeholders.Ability to adapt to ambiguity and provide clear guidance in challenging situations.Job Responsibilities:
