ESO Supply Planner

The ESO Supply Planner will be responsible for planning external supplier products and will have direct accountability for a specific line of business (pharmaceutical form).
The role also serves as the key reference for stock management (FP/SMF Working Capital), ensuring optimal supply performance and effective inventory control.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage a 24-month purchasing plan.
Review previous months' volumes to identify main variations and conduct root cause analysis for monthly forecast submission.
Collaborate with Category Managers to resolve asset balancing trade-offs, ensuring sufficient supply performance.
Review high-level supply requirements across the full constrained horizon and prioritize orders based on market inventory position and SKU segmentation.
Participate in weekly supply governance calls to troubleshoot low stock issues and balance cost vs.
supply trade-offs.
Track root causes and prioritize remediation and prevention actions.
Evaluate FP/SMF inventory projections (internal production) to balance PPV vs.
working capital objectives.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in supply planning, demand planning, or inventory management within the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in supply chain planning tools and ERP systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
