Actualmente nos encontramos en búsqueda de un / a Técnico de redes para formar parte de nuestro equipo de técnicos en un cliente final en Madrid.
Mi rol es el de administrar, supervisar y mejorar la calidad, la eficiencia y el rendimiento de las operaciones de servicio de cliente.
Responsabilidades Instalar sistemas de red y computadoras (redes LAN y WAN).
Asegurar el buen funcionamiento de la red.
Administración de usuarios, programas y documentación.
Diagnóstico de problemas en redes y diseño de soluciones.
Solucionar los problemas de la red para maximizar el rendimiento de la misma.
Instalar y mantener redes LAN, WAN, segmentos de red y operaciones tanto de Internet como de Intranet.
Supervisar la efectividad de la red y mantener medidas de seguridad eficaces.
Modificar el rendimiento de los sistemas de red cuando sea necesario.
Supervisar y ejecutar actualizaciones, migraciones y reparaciones para mejorar el funcionamiento del sistema.
Resolución de peticiones e incidencias a través de herramienta de tiqueting.

Madrid Aunque no tengas todos los conocimientos mencionados, ¡nos encantará conocerte! Titulación académica requerida Título de formación de grado 1 MECES (formación profesional de grado superior) o superior o nivel 5 EQF o superior o todas sus equivalencias, relacionado con el área informática.
Experiencia y conocimientos necesarios Experiencia demostrable de al menos 7 años en las siguientes tecnologías:
Administración de productos Fortinet (al menos, en 2 de las siguientes gamas de productos).
Codificación de scripts Python para gestión de dispositivos de red IP.
