What you will do Our Sales teams possess specialized industry knowledge to assist our customers in building their journeys.
You will contribute to accelerating growth and exceeding customer expectations.
Execute Oracle Retail strategy effectively.
Close business deals to meet quotas, including renewals.
Maintain proper pipeline coverage; maximize returns from demand generation campaigns, progression, conversion, and participation rates.
Identify, understand, and optimize components of pipeline growth with relentless focus.
Build strong customer relationships to promote Oracle's Retail and full SaaS strategic pillars, supporting the customer's digital transformation.
Identify new business opportunities.
Partner with existing customers for upselling and renewal opportunities.
Update sales forecasts, record activities, and develop comprehensive opportunity close plans.
Ensure effective pipeline coverage and maximize demand generation campaign results, deal progression, and conversion rates.
Experience Retail Sales Software experience and understanding of the retail industry.
Knowledge of retail markets and customers.
Customer needs analysis, consultative selling, sales process acumen, and awareness of Oracle Application Solutions' competitive landscape.
Successful sales track record.
Ability to reframe and challenge customer perspectives, structuring sales pitches to highlight customer benefits.
Effective two-way communication skills, articulating value propositions and addressing customer pain points.
Business development, prospecting, and strong presentation skills.
