MAIN OBJECTIVES
The Branding and Creative Specialist is responsible for executing, producing, and managing branding and creative requirements for Gulf Air, both internally and externally. The role aims to enhance the brand image and support commercial, marketing, and customer experience projects and events. The specialist maintains corporate and brand guidelines, oversees graphic applications and technical designs, and provides creative inspiration and graphic design support.
Alongside the Creative team, the specialist manages the distribution of branding materials, oversees inventory, handles creative systems and financial transactions related to purchasing. They facilitate communication among stakeholders, coordinate with external suppliers and graphic designers, and assist in organizing creative production elements such as photoshoots and digital artwork. Ensuring consistency in branding across the organization and supporting the Marketing team in optimizing Gulf Air's marketing and commercial strategies are key responsibilities. The role may also involve special assignments as directed by the Creative & Branding Manager.
MAIN DUTIES

Assist in the production and printing processes for all Gulf Air marketing requirements to ensure on-brand, high-quality output according to Gulf Air standards.
Ensure all branding and creative projects are on schedule, meet quality standards, and adhere to deadlines.
Coordinate with the Cargo Department in Bahrain for the timely dispatch and receipt of branding items, ensuring correct documentation and appropriate charges.
Follow up with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services and materials.
Arrange import and dispatch of branding items to outstations as ordered.
Coordinate requirements for exhibitions and events both locally and overseas.
Manage the installation of branding materials at events, including movement and setup, in collaboration with suppliers.
Work closely with the Studio Controller to manage necessary approvals from authorities (e.g., Municipalities, Traffic Department) for advertising compliance.
Oversee visual communication briefs to suppliers, obtain estimates, and follow up on deliveries.
Manage inventory and record-keeping for Creative and Branding operations, ensuring adherence to company procedures.
Manage photography and filming projects, including logistics, approvals, crew, and location management.
Support the implementation of consistent branding across all channels, including signage, advertising, and POS materials.
Collaborate with GFG Facility Management to maintain the branding of Gulf Air headquarters internally and externally.
Participate in initial job briefings to understand creative and branding requirements.
Assist with basic design tasks such as artwork adjustments, resizing, and minor edits.
Work efficiently under tight deadlines, often working long hours to ensure timely project delivery without compromising quality.
Perform other duties as assigned by line management.

EDUCATION & TRAINING
University degree equivalent to BSc in Business Management, Multimedia, IT, or Marketing. An architectural or interior design certificate is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to articulate views effectively.
Knowledge of interior design and basic graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to support design adjustments and artwork preparation.
Strong PC and MAC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams.
Familiarity with SharePoint and Power BI is advantageous.
Experience
Minimum 0-1 years of experience in marketing, creative, branding, or customer-centric environments.
Experience in production and printing processes.
Knowledge of interior design, branding applications, or promotional materials.
Experience in interior design or architectural engineering is an additional advantage.
Familiarity with graphic design, artwork creation, storage, and distribution best practices.
Ability to work independently and under pressure, managing multiple tasks effectively within tight timelines.
Multilingual skills are an advantage.
