About The Job
An opportunity has arisen for a Bartender to join our Food and Beverage Team in Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain. The main duties include:

Identify and meet guests' needs, provide bar services, and recommend beverages, upselling where appropriate.
Serve beverages according to defined standards and measures.
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and drinks based on recipes.
Process, register, and settle all drink transactions.
Set up the bar, ensuring proper visual presentation and merchandise placement.
Perform opening, closing, and cleaning tasks as per checklists.
Coordinate with stewards to maintain hygiene and availability of glassware.
Check expiration dates and store perishable garnishes properly.
Serve alcohol responsibly, adhering to policies and regulations.
Develop positive relationships with colleagues and support team goals.
Handle guest inquiries courteously and report issues to management.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Ensure an enjoyable guest experience by following service procedures.
Follow operational standards to deliver luxury service.
Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies.

About You
The ideal candidate will have:

1-2 years of bartending experience, preferably in international hospitality.
Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails.
Excellent customer service skills.
Adaptability and cultural sensitivity.
Teamwork, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Reliability, honesty, and energy.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
