• THIS IS A 2-YEAR CONTRACT
Responsibilities:
Develop partnerships with corporate clients, startups, and organizations for graduate placements and collaborations.
Collaborate with government agencies on relevant initiatives.
Manage local Outcomes teams.
Ensure quality through NPS execution and follow-up.
Prioritize business needs for Outcomes digital products and develop new products to improve quality and efficiency.
Onboard new team members.
Oversee team data integrity through audits to ensure readiness.
Diagnose and troubleshoot market challenges preventing goal achievement.
Implement new processes for standardization while supporting local innovation.
Share market updates with leadership.
Create resources for the team as needed.
Manage execution of projects and initiatives.
Participate in events and initiate engaging projects within the ecosystem and community.
Collaborate with Student Experience and Coaching teams to develop student success mechanisms.
Coach and counsel students and graduates to ensure smooth transition from classroom to job search, providing support and reducing anxiety.
Assist students in identifying personal goals to optimize their job search and educational experience.
Additional Responsibilities:
Track graduate placement and career progress.
Follow up with alumni and freelancers to assess career development and entrepreneurial success.
Market GA graduates to regional and global tech companies.
Support graduates in accessing remote and freelance opportunities.
Develop understanding of tech skill needs in Bahrain to tailor immersive programs.
Organize and increase job fairs and networking events.
Maintain a database of relevant job vacancies.
Provide career counseling, resume assistance, interview prep, and career planning guidance.
Remote positions are available in the following countries: United States (various states), Canada (various provinces), United Kingdom, Australia, and Singapore.
