We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Marketing Manager to spearhead our launch and growth efforts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our brand presence, driving customer acquisition, and ensuring alignment with our global goals while catering to the local market's unique needs. Reporting directly to the Regional General Manager and working closely with our Marketing Leadership Team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and sales, to drive demand and ensure our success in the region.

The Challenge

Develop and execute the overall localized marketing plan for the Middle East to raise awareness, attract new customers, and retain existing customers for Blacklane in the market and across the region.
Support in the creation and management of brand partnerships and event activations.
Develop affiliate partnership content and monitor its performance (food & beverage, hotel, entertainment), increasing our ability to reach and convert customers through partners' touchpoints (e.g., CRM, PoS).
Support the positioning of the brand and its communications across all channels, ensuring consistent messaging.
Assist the Global PR & Communications team in executing the PR strategy.
Analyze data, reports, and customer lifecycle metrics to identify growth opportunities and solve problems.
Work with the wider marketing team to meet department KPIs.

About You
This role requires skills across influencer management, PR, event planning, branding, media buying, strategic thinking, content creation, and relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving lives, a focus on excellence and customer service, and alignment with our core values. Requirements include:

At least 4-5 years of professional experience in a similar role with a successful track record.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Creative, detail-oriented, with an aesthetic sense.
Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
Experience managing marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.
Team player with open communication skills.
Willingness to take ownership and execute flawlessly.
Native-level Arabic skills or proficiency.
Native-level English skills or proficiency.
