About the role:

Assist in the pre-sales process by managing the technical assessment of Focal to promote our product effectively.
Identify, understand, and define client requirements, translating them into effective solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept exercises to showcase our solutions' capabilities and benefits.
Provide accurate and timely responses to client inquiries, RFPs, and RFIs, addressing both technical and business questions.
Work closely with clients to solve business problems in areas such as compliance and financial crimes.
Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical clients, articulating complex concepts effectively.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and workshops tailored to client needs, highlighting our products' unique value.
Become a subject matter expert in one or more of our solution areas.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 4 years of proven experience as a Pre-Sales Executive or in a similar customer-facing technical role.
At least 4 years of experience in Anti-Money Laundering.
Excellent bilingual verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding multitasking abilities.
Eager to learn and adapt.
Strong understanding and knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering is essential.
Previous experience in a technology background is a plus.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Arabic language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
