詳細な役割と責任は以下の通り

苦情管理
苦情のキャプチャ (Salesforce)
コーディネート、顧客とのやり取り、および苦情処理と返品処理の実行を担当します。
すべての調整注文(貸方、借方、返品など)に必要な調整理由コードと説明の選択。
すべての申し立てられた傷害CQは24時間以内にデータベースに入力され、通常の製品品質の苦情は48時間以内に入力されました
未完了のCQを監視し、CQの完了のために品質チームとそのマネージャーと連絡を取ります。
品質チームによる評価のために、申し立てられた製品問題の返品在庫のRGAを作成します
CQの承認後、CIRが調整のためのクレジットノートを発行する
すべての顧客の調整は、サンプルリクエスト、追加データリクエストなどのためにCIRチームによって行われます。

人物仕様

このポジションの最低許容可能なパフォーマンス基準を満たすために必要な基本的な知識、スキル、および能力をリストします。

大学卒業、またはそれに同等のビジネスマナーがあること。

コースワークまたは実務経験から得た特定の知識とスキル

カスタマーサービス、顧客問題解決プロセスのいずれかで2年以上の経験

特定の経験と以前のポジション。エクスペリエンスの詳細の性質と最小時間 の長さ(Solventumの外部および内部の経験を含む)
