The HR Manager defines HR processes and leads the HR team. He/she responds to all day-to-day HR issues, drawing on the technical expertise of dedicated departments. He/she supports management throughout the management cycle, aligning HR and business objectives, supporting change management and transformations, and ensuring employee well-being across all HR areas. He/she collaborates with the decision-making management team.

• Break down the strategy into components: social dialogue, HR development, personnel administration, and innovation projects.
• Maintain interface with senior management and employee representatives.
• Gather expectations and needs regarding HR issues.
• Define and monitor objectives, KPIs, and resources, and report to senior management.
• Advise on workplace relationships, working conditions, health, safety, and well-being.
• Manage social relations and represent management before employee bodies and authorities in Spain.
• Ensure legal compliance with labor laws, collective agreements, and regulations.
• Monitor legal risks and ensure understanding of roles within a motivating and fair framework.
• Embody company values and culture.

• Organize salaries, contracts, working hours, absences, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and training processes.
• Develop career paths, facilitate reviews, and support employer branding and HR communication.
• Ensure budget compliance during salary revisions, recognizing performance and ensuring equitable treatment.

• Manage the HR team, support skill development, and handle strategic or sensitive cases such as disputes and agreements.

The ideal candidate has a higher education background in Human Resources and over seven years of professional HR experience, including at least three years managing an HR team. Essential qualities include a results-oriented mindset, solution focus, flexibility, and strong knowledge of labor law. Fluency in Spanish and English is required. Project management skills, confidentiality, adaptability, negotiation skills, emotional intelligence, and strong interpersonal skills are also necessary. Knowledge of sectors such as IT, Finance, or Operations is a plus.
