Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Head of Analytics to lead our data strategy and customer insights at Puffy, a top US mattress brand experiencing rapid growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence business decisions, work with top-tier leadership, and enjoy a vibrant international work environment in Dubai.
Responsibilities
Design and implement advanced tracking systems for customer interactions.
Develop and manage data pipelines to turn raw data into actionable insights.
Lead A / B testing initiatives to optimize strategies and increase conversions.
Unify performance metrics across teams for seamless decision-making.
Enhance marketing performance through server-side tracking and API solutions.
Translate complex analytics into clear strategies for executive decision-making.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.).
5+ years in digital analytics, with experience in B2C environments.
2+ years with A / B testing tools and hypothesis development.
Proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
Leadership experience in managing analytics teams.
