As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your primary mission is to generate qualified meetings with new customers for Eye-Able, a leading provider in digital accessibility. Working through SoftwareOne, you will engage with existing clients to identify relevant contacts and schedule discovery calls for the Eye-Able sales team. Your daily activities include cold calling, outreach via email and LinkedIn, and opening doors with decision-makers. Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Cold Calling:
Proactively contact potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn. 2. Meeting Generation:
Identify interest and book qualified meetings for the sales team. 3. Lead Qualification:
Understand client needs and assess potential fit. 4. CRM Hygiene:
Log all interactions and insights in the CRM system. 5. Sales Collaboration:
Share insights with the team to refine messaging and approach. Value-Based Selling:
• Present Eye-Able solutions by aligning features with client needs.
• Highlight how these solutions address challenges and support growth. Pipeline Management:
• Manage early sales stages to ensure a steady lead flow.
• Use CRM tools to organize and track leads for better conversions. Performance Metrics:
• Track progress against lead generation goals and activity benchmarks.
• Set measurable targets to gauge success. Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing:
• Work with teammates to improve results collaboratively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and Eye-Able's offerings. Job Requirements:
• Some experience in B2B sales or outbound customer contact is a plus-motivation counts most.
• Comfortable on the phone and enjoy initiating conversations.
• Strong communication skills-clear, structured, and empathetic.
• Interest in tech and social impact topics like digital accessibility.
• Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented.
