Initial 30-day trial period with the potential to transition into a full-time role, subject to successful performance and mutual agreement.
Working Hours :
9 am - 6 pm (Barcelona time, with flexibility within these hours) Salary :
€1,750 per month (paid in GBP) + Bonus (for the trial period) About the Role :
Our client is a rapidly growing horticulture and e-commerce company based in the UK, dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services to their customers.
With a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement, they are now looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Support / PA to join their Barcelona office.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to be an integral part of their operations, offering key support across various functions.

Key Responsibilities :
Acquire in-depth knowledge of their product range, including plant care, growth habits, and customer recommendations.
Provide exemplary customer service, managing inquiries and resolving issues promptly via email, phone, and web chat.
Oversee and coordinate marketing mailouts to both retail and trade customers, ensuring a minimum of two mailouts per month for each customer group.
Conduct detailed price and competitor analysis to maintain the competitiveness of their product offerings.
Identify and implement opportunities for new products and services to further develop their business.
Re-engage dormant customers, increasing sales volume through follow-ups and relationship building.
Recommend improvements to internal processes across sales, customer service, and delivery to enhance operational efficiency.
Take the lead in managing Trustpilot reviews, encouraging positive feedback, and upselling additional products to customers awaiting delivery.
Handle logistical coordination, including booking transport, arranging couriers, and processing invoices.
Organize social events to cultivate a positive, team-oriented atmosphere within the Barcelona office.
Exercise initiative, but ensure alignment with company objectives by discussing significant changes with your manager.
Key Targets :
Develop comprehensive product knowledge within the first 4 weeks, enabling you to confidently advise customers on plant care, trimming, and growth.
Gain a clear understanding of their internal processes and operational workflows to streamline efficiency.
Contribute to a noticeable increase in sales and customer engagement, particularly through the successful execution of marketing mailouts.
Performance Review :
After 2 weeks :
Review of product knowledge, understanding of internal processes, and initial performance.
After 4 weeks :
Evaluation of customer engagement, conversion rates of dormant customers, and overall sales growth.
Every 3 months :
Ongoing review to assess progress, focusing on customer retention, business development, and seasonal performance.
