Responsibilities:

Market Intelligence:
Develop a deep understanding of the evolving machine learning industry, including trends in the application layer, research, hardware, and regulatory landscapes.
Strategic Partnerships:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key organizations, protocols, advocating for Sentient's interests and promoting collaboration in the decentralized AI space.
Feedback Integration:
Serve as a liaison between the market and our product/ecosystem teams, ensuring relevant insights are communicated and leveraged to enhance our offerings.
Acquisition Strategy Ownership:
Take charge of the acquisition strategy, focusing on either the demand side (ML researchers and engineers) or the supply side (hardware owner/operators), and drive initiatives that align with Sentient's growth objectives.
Qualifications:

Have strong relationships with various protocols within the Web3 and AI space
Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields, with a deep understanding of blockchain and AI technologies.
Strong experience in machine learning, including programming in libraries like PyTorch/Tensorflow and a good understanding of the crypto landscape, especially in model development and governance.
Proven track record in pre/alpha product-stage GTM/sales, preferably in a rapidly evolving industry.
Demonstrated ability to sell products directly to developers, with a deep empathy for their needs and challenges.
High self-motivation, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable working in an applied research environment, capable of managing high autonomy and navigating unpredictable timelines.
