To ensure the delivery of the patient journey from referral to follow-up and the management of all operational service points.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREASTo lead and manage the team efficiently and effectivelyMonitor and manage Revenue Cycle Management governance by ensuring compliance to regulatory, legislative and internal processes and practicesTo provide management guidance to the front office, case management and revenue cycle function and monitor the effectiveness of all related processesProvide effective and efficient operational management to areas within scope of responsibilityReview PLP reports and discuss with relevant stakeholders to monitor doctors PerformanceTo oversee the effectiveness of all client servicesRequired EducationEssential:
A relevant Bachelor's Degree in commerce or health or hospitality related fieldRequired ExperienceEssential:
At least 3-5 years' management experience in a similar positionDesired:
Experience with Revenue Cycle Management in the healthcare industry, including relevant financial functions.
Experience in patient service deliveryRequired Job Skills And KnowledgeApplication of sound budgeting and financial planning and management principlesComputer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applicationsContract and service level agreement managementDRG's and related case managementExperience in delivering complex patient / customer focused services across multiple service pointsFinancial statements and reportingFinancial systems (SAP, HIS)Knowledge and experience of the operations of hospitals and clinics and Knowledge of the Revenue Cycle Management processes and systems - IntermediateRisk management principles, systems and best practiceAll applicants will be considered, with the understanding that preference will be given to the designated groups in accordance with the United Arab Emirates Emiratization Program.
