About the role:
We seek an intermediate to senior designer specializing in aesthetic and visual design.
The ideal candidate has experience working with Fortune 100 companies, creating top-tier mobile apps and web experiences.
The role involves designing engaging interfaces with interactive elements and captivating visuals, collaborating to define goals, researching trends, and creating assets like vision concepts, high-fidelity mock-ups, prototypes, and occasional production assets.
A passion for design systems and a proven track record in developing innovative experience designs are essential.
Creativity, efficiency, and adherence to processes under tight deadlines are key skills.
The candidate should have:
5+ years in design, with digital consultancy/agency experience with top brands
Experience designing mobile apps and responsive web platforms
Expertise in layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and motion design principles
Ability to prepare compelling presentations and workshops
A proactive, positive work attitude contributing to team success
Ability to iterate quickly in fast-paced environments
Experience mentoring junior designers and educating teams on design principles
Experience working with design systems
This role is hybrid, with candidates preferably located in:
Plano TX, Dallas TX, St.
Louis MO, Atlanta GA, Alpharetta GA, Schaumburg IL, or Middletown NJ.
The salary range is $120,000 - $130,000 annually, including bonuses and variable pay.
