Qualifications:
Certified Occuapational Therapy Assistant
Education:

Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy
Licensure:

Current Oklahoma license for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
Certifications:

CPR
Preferred Experience:

One year experience in caring for adult and geriatric patients
Physical Therapist Assistant

Graduate of PTA program approved by Commission on Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education and/or according to State Law.

Current License in the state of Oklahoma as Physical Therapist Assistant.
Other:

Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills required. Person must be able to work well with others and be flexible with regard to performing a variety of duties.

Experience in working with people.
Preferred Other:

Basic computer skills, good ability to communicate one to one.
Occupational Therapist

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

Current occupational therapy license or eligibility within the hiring state

Current BLS through the American Heart Association

Must be able to respond to emergency situations
Preferred Certifications:

National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy
Physical Therapist

Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy.

Current Oklahoma license of Physical Therapy or eligible for Oklahoma licensure.

Current CPR certification.

Six months to one year of experience caring for patients of all ages.
Speech Therapist

Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology.

Current licensure or eligible for licensure in applicable State of practice.
Experience

: One year of experience

ertifications:

Certification from American Speech and Hearing Association. BLS certified. Required certifications must be current before assigned to care for patients independently.
