Qualifications:

All therapists and counselors wishing to join Talkspace must have and provide verification of:

An independent, state-board-approved clinical license (e.g., LPC, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
A professional malpractice liability insurance policy
An Individual NPI & CAQH numbers
Current residency in the USA

Compensation:

You will earn $70 for each 60-minute live session; compensation varies based on the state where your client resides. Rates for shorter sessions (30- and 45-minute) are prorated. Asynchronous messaging rates may fluctuate according to client plans and their state of residence. You will also receive bonuses based on your engagement with new clients.
