The Role

No experience? No problem! We're hiring
19 outbound call agents
to join our call center. Our call center reps enjoy their weekends off, with the ability to work a four day work week. Compensation includes a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, and daily incentives where you can win prizes like gift cards, paid time off, sporting event tickets, game systems, and more!
As a Call Center Representative, you will be speaking to local homeowners about our home improvement services. You'll be working from a script, setting appointments for our field representatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls using a proven script.
Speak confidently and clearly with homeowners.
Answer basic questions and explain our services.
Schedule appointments for our sales team.
