Position Overview:
We are looking for a General Manager to oversee all aspects of our store with a "treat it like you own it" philosophy.
A Day in the Life:
Start early, as early as 4am, to prepare and open the store.
Ensure store readiness, execute orders, and provide an exceptional customer experience.
Support team during peak hours, maintain high survey scores, and handle administrative tasks before and after hours.
Complete daily deposits and manage inventory with 5 weeks of training provided.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of prior General Manager or Assistant GM experience in a restaurant setting.
Hands-on leadership skills, ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Experience with P&L analysis, food cost, and labor management strategies.
Ability to recruit and develop talent.
Must be at least 18 years old.
