We are seeking a Head of Campaign Creative to join our Marketing & Communications team in NYC. This hybrid role involves creating world-class marketing campaigns and brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities Oversee the creative strategy and execution of global marketing campaigns across all channels, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and on-brand results. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies.
Lead and manage a multidisciplinary creative team, including copywriters and art directors, ensuring cohesive work aligned with brand voice, tone, and design standards.
Maintain and develop the brand's voice and tone, providing thought partnership to business stakeholders to guide creative direction.
Work with strategic planners to develop and communicate creative strategies, leading ideation sessions and design reviews.
Identify and incorporate emerging marketing innovations, such as GenAI, to keep the brand innovative and efficient.
Qualifications 12+ years of experience in agency or brand-side roles with global brands, holding a Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent degree.
Experience leading creative for financial brands or products, with extensive industry knowledge.
Proven leadership skills managing teams and influencing outcomes in complex, matrixed organizations.
Ability to independently drive opportunities across multiple projects with strategic impact in a dynamic environment.

Our position is at-will, and compensation is determined based on experience, location, and market factors. The base salary range is $125,000 to $210,000, with additional incentives and benefits.
