Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Evenings (3 PM - 11 PM)

Sign-On Bonus: $3000!

Your Role & Responsibilities:

As an LPN, you will be essential in safeguarding and enhancing the comfort and well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

Administering medications and treatments accurately as directed by healthcare providers.
Monitoring, recording, and reporting vital signs and other critical patient information.
Collaborating with the healthcare team to create and follow through with personalized care plans.
Providing necessary wound care and efficient nursing interventions.
Leading and mentoring Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering outstanding care.
Ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards and protocols.

Qualifications for the Role:

Valid state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
A genuine, compassionate approach towards patient care.
A commitment to understanding the needs of aging and chronically ill individuals.
Strong clinical skills in medication administration and nursing practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Capability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
