We are on the lookout for a Dental Care Associate to join our expanding team. Help us provide excellent dental care in the community and contribute to making more smiles and memorable experiences for children and adults alike. Responsibilities:
As a Dental Care Associate, you will provide essential dental services to patients while benefiting from the support of your dedicated team. Our practice includes:
DentaPro software
Digital x-ray and Panorex units
Fiber-optic handpieces
Ongoing training in OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management
A staff structure of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants for each provider
Primarily serving patients aged 3-21, with up to 30% adults depending on the location
A patient flow of approximately 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients
A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payers
Qualifications:

Guaranteed base pay exceeding $200k with uncapped earning potential
Sign-on bonus up to $50,000

We expect you to have:
DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the relevant states or eligibility for licensure
Other necessary certifications such as CPR, DEA, etc.
Nitrous Oxide certification (only for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
