What you will be doing:
Working directly with customers in retail locations, evaluating their product needs, and making recommendations.
Providing outstanding customer service with all interactions.
Helping customers interpret and clarify account statements and pay bills in-store.
Answering questions about current or new services, making account changes, upgrading services, and processing general requests.
Acting as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
Providing expert-level knowledge and passion around technology, especially Comcast products and services.
Maintaining detailed product knowledge, including competitive information.
Contributing to a fun and competitive environment, connecting products and services to customers' lifestyles.

What you will need to have:
Bilingual Spanish speaking required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Typically 2-5 years related experience; preferred experience in consumer electronics/wireless retail sales
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and ability to work at stores outside the home base
Regular, punctual attendance
Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand/move constantly in-store
Compensation:
Total Target Compensation (Base + Targeted Commission):
$24.19 - $27.09 annually ($50,320 to $56,352)
Uncapped commissions offer significant upside for overachievers.
Pay varies by location.
