We are seeking a General Manager to join our team! Our GMs oversee all aspects of the store with a "treat it like you own it" philosophy.
A day in the life of a bagel boss:
Our stores operate on a one-shift model.
Leaders start as early as 4 am for baking and opening.
Throughout the day, you'll ensure the store is audit-ready, orders are executed, and customers have an exceptional experience.
During peak times, GMs float across positions, manage breaks, and maintain good survey results.
Closing involves a 30-45 minute process to close and prep for the next day, with admin tasks scheduled before opening and after closing.
You will also handle deposits and complete training in 5 weeks.
Successful GMs typically have 1-3 years of prior GM or AGM experience in a restaurant setting.
They are hands-on, motivate teams, and are familiar with P&L analysis, food cost, and labor targets.
Recruiting and developing internal talent are key functions.
