Quality and Evaluation Specialist

Overview:

GovCIO is currently hiring for a RSNF Quality and Evaluation Specialist to perform the work and practices of quality systems at all administrative, educational, training, and professional levels and contribute to development plans, and monitor performance, thus overcoming obstacles and advancing progress as an integrated work team.
This position will be located in Riyadh, KSA and will be an onsite position.

The RSNF Quality and Evaluation Specialist is concerned with quality systems and uses local and international standards to collect data, prepare reports, and train on quality systems, thus developing educational and administrative processes.
This falls on the responsibility of the quality advisor on his experience, profession, and work.
Also, the subsequent responsibility for following up on the current employees' application of quality practices with new employees, thus training and managing quality assurance programs and developing plans and strategies to improve all associated processes.

• Ability to work in a changing environment.
• Work with a reasonable degree of independence.
• Has the experience and knowledge to determine the training requirements for implementing appropriate quality systems.
• Expert in problem-solving management, continuous improvement, dealing effectively with new problems, and identifying appropriate solutions.
• Possess the skills of using information technology for quality systems.
• Experience in building performance indicators and methods of analyzing results.
• Knowledge of Academic Accreditation requirements.
• Work as a member of the quality and evaluation committees of the educational and training procedures for Military Academic Accreditation.
• Follow up on the work of the committees to achieve the Military Academic Accreditation requirements.
• Contribute to the educational, training, and administrative program development plan.
• Carefully monitor performance and develop the required action plan.
• Provide advice and training to the staff.

Shall have a Bachelor's degree in field related to assigned program or position AND minimum of four (4) years of direct military experience in associated functional task - OR - ten (10) years of combined military and civilian experience in associated functional task.

Work in the field of Quality and Consulting.

Posted Pay Range

The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity.
The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process.
If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
