Job Title: Junior Project Manager
We are seeking a driven and capable Junior Project Manager with experience in the construction industry to support the development of multiple data center projects for a top technology client. This client-facing role requires strong interpersonal, communication, organizational skills, self-direction, client representation, and solid project management fundamentals. The candidate must be able to manage multiple projects across regions, with a background in data center development, design, engineering, controls, and operational requirements being a significant plus.
You will play an integral role in mentoring staff, building long-term client relationships, and pursuing new work, including strategy development, positioning, proposing, and negotiating contracts.

Responsibilities

Apply modern project management techniques within complex, multi-functional organizations; understand engineering, design, procurement, contracting, safety, construction, and commissioning processes.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients; communicate effectively with technical and management personnel.
Manage assigned projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
Prepare and deliver presentations on project progress, findings, and recommendations.
Review project plans, requirements, and specifications.
Prepare RFPs and support contractor selection and contract awards.
Coordinate with contractors to establish CPM baseline schedules.
Perform resource analyses to identify bottlenecks and resource constraints.
Identify project risks, gaps, and opportunities; provide mitigation and enhancement recommendations.
Facilitate and chair project meetings, including OAC meetings; document minutes and action items.
Review and validate project progress, contractor payments, and invoices.
Conduct technical and financial assessments, feasibility studies, site surveys, and liaise with project stakeholders.
Support business development through strategy, positioning, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Required:

10+ years of construction project management experience.
Bachelor's degree in construction, mechanical or electrical engineering, project management, or related fields.
Strong understanding of construction, mechanical, and electrical systems.
Knowledge of pre-design, pre-construction, contract management, project delivery methods, and building systems.
Experience in report development for diverse audiences.
Client-facing experience.
Ability to understand and communicate technical construction programs effectively.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred:

Master's in construction management or related fields.
BSc. in Construction Engineering.
Experience with Earned Value Management.
Active memberships in PMI, CCMA, or similar organizations.
PMP certification.
Background in data center development and construction.

Position Details

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (on-site).
Type: Full-time, salary-based, regular hours.
Work permit: Current work permit required; sponsorship not available.
