Riyadh - Ar Riyad - Saudi Arabia THE OPPORTUNITY We are excited to offer the opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team! Using your strong background in commercial real estate, you will lead our marketing initiatives in Saudi Arabia.
You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and Communications to develop Saudi Arabia's communication strategy and create relevant plans for the Commercial Real Estate industry.
Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support content creation.
Project Work Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our real estate projects and services in the MENA region, focusing on Saudi Arabia.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape specific to the real estate industry.
Manage and oversee the Saudi Arabia marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Assist local office leadership in preparing various marketing materials as needed on an ad hoc basis.
Manage and coordinate industry events and promotional activities.
Create, manage, and update content for various marketing channels, including digital (social media, email, website), print, and events tailored to the real estate market.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve results.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors in the real estate sector.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with company standards regarding logo use and consistency of marketing materials.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Our Ideal Candidate Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing (preferred), Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is advantageous.
Has proven experience (3-5 years) in Marketing Management, preferably in the Commercial Real Estate industry, with at least 3 years in the GCC.
Possesses a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs in the commercial real estate sector.
Has strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve problems.
Proficient in data analysis and marketing analytics tools.
Fluent in English (oral and written); Arabic is a plus.
