• Job Summary:
• The Digital Product Design Manager is responsible for the vision and design strategy for Polaris digital products, including in-vehicle infotainment displays, the Polaris, Indian Motorcycle, and Slingshot mobile apps, and the RIDE COMMAND website as well as connected features across these platforms.
They will manage a passionate team of designers in ideation, research, design, and definition of the customer experience for digital products.
• Job Responsibilities:
• + Oversee the design of Polaris digital products from concept to launch.
Think strategically, framing design within the customer experience of powersports, and drive execution.+ Partner with design, product, engineering leadership to define digital product vision.
Articulate design strategy and the value of design, ensuring buy-in at all levels of the organization.+ Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the products meet technical feasibility and design excellence.+ Manage design team backlog, workload, and priorities+ Conduct competitive, customer, and user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions+ Set design standards and guidelines for digital products.
Ensure design consistency and quality across digital products+ Manage, mentor and coach a team of designers.
Run team design reviews.+ Attract and develop top design talent+ Refine the teams design process with best tools, etc.+ Understand Polaris customers & products
• Qualifications & Skills:
• + 10+ years of experience in digital product design with at least 5 years of leadership experience with direct reports, including hiring and developing talent+ Experience withdigital product design for the automotive industry and embedded software/hardware products+ Experience leading consumer-facing product design for native iOS and Android apps+ A portfolio of your product design work is required when applying

• The pay range for Minnesota is $160,000 to $200,000 per year.
Individual salaries are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
