The Human Resources Operation Specialist plays a vital role in facilitating HR operational practices, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes within the organization.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.1-2 years of experience in HR operations, familiar with labor laws and regulations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, with strong data management skills.Knowledge of payroll processes, including salary calculation, end-of-service entitlements, overtime, and deductions.Understanding of financial procedures related to HR functions, ensuring compliance.Ability to organize tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with employees and management.Job Responsibilities:
Assist in managing payroll calculations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Support development and implementation of HR operational procedures and policies.Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring documentation is complete.Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.Process employee leave requests and track attendance and leave accruals.Assist with annual performance management processes and employee evaluations.Support employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace morale and culture.Required Skills:
Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and generating reports.Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.Good communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships.Attention to detail for accurate data entry and payroll calculations.Knowledge of labor law principles and ethical HR practices.Willingness to learn new HR practices and systems.Problem-solving skills to address inquiries and operational challenges.Additional Details:
