To reinforce our teams, we are looking for a Business & Data Analyst speaking English and French.
As part of a strategic project to decommission IT-managed applications in Luxembourg, we are seeking a Business Analyst / Data Analyst to support activities related to Legal Archiving and Legal Hold implementation.
Your main responsibilities:
Draft business and technical requirement specifications in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts and business stakeholders, focusing on Legal Archiving and Legal Hold processes.
Define metadata structures and rules for records to be archived and documents subject to Legal Hold, ensuring they can be efficiently retrieved during investigation or audit processes.
Align regulatory requirements with IT constraints and operational needs, ensuring compliant and sustainable solutions.
Your profile:
You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position
Fluent in English and French. German in an advantage
Technical Skills:
MS Office tools
Basic SQL knowledge
Solid understanding of general banking operations
Experience with legal archiving is mandatory
Background in Wealth Management / Private Banking or Institutional Banking is an advantage
