The position as Franchise Business Analyst is newly established position. The role will be based in our headquarters in Copenhagen and will be part of our internal Franchise department. The role is global and will be having close collaboration with our Managing Director, internal Franchise team, colleagues across the globe, external Franchise Partners, and other key stakeholders across the value chain. The role will be reporting directly into our Managing Director of Franchise, Andreas Zimmermann.

The overall responsibility of the role is to translate financial data into actionable insights that support both topline growth and cost development across the business. The objective is to create measurable business impact and enable data-driven decision-making throughout the organization. The role will provide the organization with thorough analysis and in-depth business understanding, both of which are vital for informed decision-making and process improvements. Additionally, the role offers the opportunity to apply and further develop financial, analytical, and business partnering skills to help guide operational decisions.

Joe & The Juice is currently privately equity owned but may eventually become a listed company, making the accuracy and insights provided by the Franchise Business Analyst team even more critical - and offering an exciting opportunity to be part of this journey.

Key Responsibilities

Help the operational management team make value-driven decisions.
Be part of the entire budget process.
Drive, analyze and professionalize financial follow-up on commercial performance.
Define and control KPIs and translate numbers into actions.
Create financial insights and influence the decision-making.
Support strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
Streamline and enhance the financial reporting systems in PowerBI, collaborating closely with IT, internal and external stakeholders.
Be part of making corporate reporting material going to the management, board, and shareholders and bring a quality of reporting to the next level.
Be part of carrying out ad-hoc, high-priority initiatives.

Key Qualifications

Preferably you have:

Experience from a similar role in an international company.
Relevant educational background.
Experience from a data-driven company in the FMCG industry is a plus.
Take pride in what you do and do it with passion.
As a great team player, you are outgoing and enjoy multicultural interaction with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
A commercial and customer-centered mindset.
Enjoy building and nurturing relationships to ensure collaboration.
Be able to see things from a strategic perspective, embracing the totality of your responsibilities without losing track of relevant details.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. It's an advantage if you bring development knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Can thrive in an energetic/dynamic organization.
