Personal Assistant to CIO, STARK Group IT

Are you structured, proactive, and passionate about making things run smoothly while ensuring professional communication at the top level? We are looking for a Personal Assistant & Communications Specialist to support our Chief Information Officer (CIO) in leading and connecting a fast-evolving Group IT organisation.

As a trusted right hand to the CIO, you will play a critical role in coordinating key leadership activities and delivering communication that engages stakeholders across the organisation. You'll be at the heart of Group IT's leadership team, helping drive clarity, consistency, and engagement across regions.

Your responsibilities include:

Executive and Operational Support

• Prepare, coordinate, and structure board and executive management presentations

• Maintain and execute the annual cadence of IT leadership meetings, including agendas and follow-up actions

• Drive operational rhythm for the leadership team (e.g. expense/absence reporting and onboarding processes)

• Ad hoc admin support to CIO (e.g. coordination with Group management calendars and larger travel activities)

Communication & Engagement

• Drive internal communication for IT town halls, CEO updates, and other leadership events

• Own and maintain communication channels such as Viva Engage and the Digitisation universe on our intranet

• Craft and distribute content including organisational announcements, updates, and stories about projects and achievements

• Be a trusted communication sparring partner for the IT management team

People & Culture

• Plan and execute social and team activities for the IT department, including Strategy Days, meet-ups, onboarding sessions, and ad hoc social events.

• Collaborate with STARK Group IT's HR team on onboarding and culture initiatives

• Support continuous improvements of an inspiring workplace and act as liaison between the office building and your colleagues.

You thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoy both strategic coordination and hands-on execution. You are known for your professionalism, discretion, ability to build trust and to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks with ease.

We expect you to:

• Have a strong background in executive support, communication, or similar roles

• Be highly structured, dependable, and detail-oriented

• Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Danish - verbally, visually, and in writing

• Bring a proactive mindset and enjoy being one step ahead

• Be familiar with MS Office and collaboration platforms like Teams, Viva Engage, SharePoint, etc.
