QA/QC Supervisor

The Role:
As a QA/QC Supervisor, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance and quality control processes across HVAC and mechanical installations in data centres. You will work closely with project teams, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards, while continuously improving quality procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement QA/QC procedures for HVAC and mechanical installation projects in data centres.
Conduct regular inspections, audits, and quality checks on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Monitor and document all quality control activities, identifying and addressing any non-conformances.
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure quality objectives are met.
Assist in reviewing and approving project documentation, including method statements, risk assessments, and test reports.
Provide technical support and guidance to teams on quality-related matters.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and project outcomes within the data centre sector.Skills & Experience:
3+ years of experience
Data centre experience construction projects preferred (not essential).
Experience in construction, process equipment or piping industries.
Must have had experience on construction sites.
Health & Safety awareness on site.
Safe pass
Manual Handling
MEWP or IPAF certificate (not essential).
Micros soft suit, Excel, Word.
BIM experience would be advantage.What We Offer:
