Der/die Customer Support Back-office Specialist (f/m/d) für Beckman Coulter Diagnostics ist verantwortlich für:
Verwaltung von Vertriebsverträgen (von der Erstellung bis zur Wartung, Erneuerung und Beendigung), Abwicklung von Hardwarebestellungen (vom Bestellvorgang bis zum Versand an den Kunden), Abrechnungsabwicklung (von der Rechnung bis zur Streitbeilegung).
Diese Position ist Teil des Customer Support & Administration Teams und Sie berichten an das Customer Support Contracts Management.
Die Stelle ist am Standort in Krefeld angesiedelt .
Zu den wesentlichen Verantwortlichkeiten der Stelle gehören:
Pflege von Verkaufsverträgen, Durchführung von Vertragsverlängerungen und Umsetzung von Preiserhöhungen im Warenwirtschaftssystem (Oracle) Bearbeitung von Kundenrechnungen und -abrechnungen, Untersuchung und Klärung gemeldeter strittiger Rechnungen Verwalten von Hardware-Bestellungen von der Auftragserteilung bis zum Versand an den Kunden Tägliche Nachverfolgung von Gerätebestellungen, Übernahme der Verantwortung für die erforderlichen Maßnahmen Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen, Übernahme von Verantwortung und Sicherstellung einer angemessenen Kommunikation zwischen den Kunden und dem Außendienst Zu den wesentlichen Anforderungen der Stelle gehören:
Ausbildung zu m/ zur Industriekaufmann /Industriekauffrau oder vergleichbare Ausbildung Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse Sehr gute Anwenderkentnisse des MS-Office-Pakets Erfahrung im Umgang mit einem Warenwirtschaftssystem wie Oracle, SAP o.ä.
