Mit wem arbeite ich zusammen? Du wirst Teil unserer Buchhaltung im Finanzbereich der Seibert Group.
Der Bereich besteht aus insgesamt 18 Personen und stellt die Richtigkeit, Vollständigkeit und Zeitnähe der Finanzbuchhaltung sowie das Controlling für die gesamte Seibert Group sicher.
Damit schaffen wir die Grundlage für finanzielle Transparenz, Compliance und fundierte unternehmerische Entscheidungen.
Du wirst Teil des Kreditorenteams, das aktuell aus vier bis fünf Personen besteht.
Welche Aufgaben erwarten mich? Kreditorenbuchhaltung:
Hier finden sich deine Hauptaufgaben.
Dazu zählen die Prüfung und Verbuchung von Eingangsrechnungen (inkl.
Anlagevermögen) und Reisekosten, mitunter auch komplexere Intercompany-Fälle.
Die Zahlläufe, sowie die Abstimmung von Sachkonten und offenen Posten zählen ebenso zu deinen regelmäßigen Tätigkeiten.Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse:
Du arbeitest aktiv an den Abschlüssen der verschiedenen Gesellschaften mit und stimmst dich mit den Teams zum aktuellen Stand ab.
Du stellst durch deine Vorarbeit sicher, dass unsere Bilanzbuchhaltung bei den Jahresabschlüssen möglichst gut vorbereitet ist und unsere Monatsabschlüsse zeitnah verfügbar sind.Liquiditätsmanagement:
Mit deinem Team stellst du durch Planung und Überwachung der konzernweiten Liquidität die Zahlungsfähigkeit der Gesellschaften sicher.
Ebenso unterstützt du beim Bankbuchen in Datev.Ansprechpartner in für Externe:
Sowohl innerhalb, als auch außerhalb des Unternehmens verlässt man sich auf deine Expertise.
Seien es Anfragen von Kolleg innen oder Meldungen an Behörden, beispielsweise die Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung, Z4 Meldungen oder zusammenfassende Meldungen.
Was bringe ich mit ins Team? Wir würden uns freuen, wenn du mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung mitbringst und mit der Arbeit in DATEV vertraut bist.
Du möchtest Vollzeit arbeiten und bringst technische Expertise sowie die Lust auf Veränderung mit.Für dich ist Buchhaltung kein verstaubter Bürojob, sondern ein Umfeld, in dem du deine Affinität zu Zahlen, Prozessen und auch Regulatorik zielführend einsetzt.
Dabei bleibst du stets am Zahn der Zeit, was Steuer- und Handelsrecht, GoBD oder internationale Rechnungslegung angeht.
Vielleicht hast du sogar schon erste Erfahrungen in der Konzernbuchhaltung gesammelt oder dich in dem Bereich fortgebildet.
Wenn du eine Zertifizierung als Finanzbuchhalter in hast wäre das spitze.
Auch die Nutzung moderner Software ist dir nicht fremd.
Word, Excel bzw.
Google Docs und Sheets bedienst du mit Leichtigkeit und wenn dir jetzt noch Moss (oder Alternativen), Agicap, oder moderne KI-Tools wie Google Gemini oder ChatGPT geläufig sind - umso besser.Und wenn du dein Wissen gern ins Team einbringst und offen für neue Impulse bist - dann bist du bei uns genau richtig!
