Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Abteilung Technik mit ca.
10 MitarbeiternPersonalplanung, -entwicklung und -führungSicherstellung der kontinuierlichen Wartung und Instandhaltung aller technischen Systeme, Anlagen und GeräteÜberwachung und Koordination aller Aktivitäten im Gebäudemanagement, einschließlich Wartungen von GebäudestrukturenKonzeption und Umsetzung von Prozessoptimierungen zur EffizienzsteigerungLeitung und Unterstützung von technischen Projekten, insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit der Einführung und Wartung automatisierter SystemeVerwaltung und Überwachung des Budgets der Abteilung TechnikUnterstützung der Standortleitung bei der Planung und Kontrolle von Investitionen sowie BetriebskostenEnge Abstimmung mit anderen Abteilungen der Logistik, Immobilienmanagement und ITIhr Profil:
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder Mechatronik mit Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker, alternativ ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium• Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition im technischen Bereich, idealerweise in einem logistischen Umfeld mit hohem Automatisierungsgrad• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich von automatisierten Anlagen/Systemen sowie in modernen Gebäudemanagementsystemen• Bereitschaft, in Ausnahmefällen im 3-Schicht-System zu unterstützen• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenz sowie eine proaktive, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise• Gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und SchriftWir bieten:
