Das erwartet Dich
Als Mitglied eines dynamischen und wachsenden Financial-Advisory-Teams übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle in der Bewertung von Unternehmen unterschiedlichster Größen und Branchen.
Du leitest eigenständig anspruchsvolle Bewertungsprojekte, analysierst Unternehmen, Unternehmensanteile oder einzelne Assets im Rahmen von Transaktionen sowie steuerlichen und rechnungslegungsbezogenen Fragestellungen.
Deine Aufgaben umfassen die Projektplanung und -durchführung, einschließlich der Koordination bereichsübergreifender Teams und der Präsentation deiner Ergebnisse vor relevanten Entscheidungsträgern.
Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, profitierst aber gleichzeitig von einem starken Teamgeist, exzellenten Weiterbildungsangeboten und klaren Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten.
Als erfahrener Experte agierst du als Mentor für jüngere Teammitglieder, unterstützt sie in ihrer fachlichen und persönlichen Entwicklung und trägst aktiv zur Stärkung unseres Teams bei.
Du engagierst dich für den Ausbau und die Intensivierung bestehender Mandantenbeziehungen und bist an der Erstellung von Studien und Veröffentlichungen beteiligt, um unsere Expertise stetig weiterzuentwickeln.
Das bringst Du mit
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit den Schwerpunkten Unternehmensbewertung, Finance und / oder Accounting sowie Profundes Accounting-Know-How (HGB und IFRS), (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, des (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Beratung, vorzugsweise im Bereich Financial Advisory bzw.
Transactions mit dem Schwerpunkt Valuation
Umfangreiche Kenntnisse der gängigen Bewertungsverfahren (DCF-, Ertragswert- und Multiple-Verfahren) und der einschlägigen Bewertungsstandards
Teamorientierte und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit erster Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden
Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch
