Job Summary As a member of The Wireless Age Business Sales Team, you will engage with our business clients by creating meaningful connections, providing innovative solutions, while demonstrating a passion for technology.
In this role you will be responsible for developing and supporting an account base in the business segment, actively building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with all our clients.
You will sell products, services, and solutions to gain new business through prospecting, cold-calling, lead generations and referrals.
You will conduct regular client meetings to understand their evolving needs, perform wireless account reviews, develop device life cycle management strategies, and implement rate plan optimizations to ensure clients receive the best value and service.
You will bring creative sales strategies and a solutions-oriented mindset to each client meeting.
With a focus on understanding the client's unique needs, and a goal to help elevate their operations by promoting and tailoring wireless solutions.
Whether it's through our wireless data solutions, IoT solutions, cellular enhancement technologies, or two-radio radio systems, you'll empower clients with tools that enhance their connectivity, productivity, and communication.
In this role you will also be prospecting new opportunities, engaging new clients, and positioning The Wireless Age as the first choice for wireless solutions in Saskatchewan.
You will create compelling sales proposals that showcase complete wireless solutions through engaging presentations, and product demonstrations, and the development and writing of Requests for Proposals (RFPs).

Your Impact As you work to meet sales targets, your focus will be on prospecting new clients and driving sales of wireless data products and services, including wireless data solutions, IoT services, and two-way radio solutions.
You will take initiative to close sales, while being a valuable team member by supporting your teammates' success.

Position Responsibilities:
Engage with new clients in Regina and surrounding area by prospecting and securing meetings, through cold calling, partner selling, lead generation campaigns and modern social selling techniques.
Build and foster meaningful relationships to ensure that The Wireless Age is viewed as a strategic partner by actively managing client accounts, understanding their needs, pain points, buying motives, and informing them how you can bring added value to their organization.
Develops clear and effective written proposals, presentations, quotes and contracts.
Strong written communication skills with experience preparing RFP responses.
Stay abreast of company and competitor products, pricing and solutions.
Communicate new products and service developments to prospective and existing clients.
Facilitate the procurement process and the delivery of products to customers Provide the sales management team with accurate and timely reporting of activities including monthly sales forecasts, and the status of the sales pipeline and results of prospecting activities.
Fully utilize all company CRM automation, funnel management and prospecting tools.
Promote The Wireless Age brand and our products at business related events, which may include tradeshows, fundraisers, sponsorships, and various networking events.
Manage after-sales support activities, to ensure long-term, profitable customer relationships.
Participate in sales and product training to deliver ongoing value to customers and grow your client base.
What experience you need to have Minimum 3- 5 years business sales experience, with a demonstrated track record in building an account base through prospecting.
Exceptional relationship building/relationship management skills to establish rapport, trust and confidence with clients.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Strong organizational, time-management skills, and project planning abilities.
Experience preparing, delivering, and following up on product/service proposals and pricing quotations.
Proven success in developing high quality RFP submissions in a competitive sales environment.
Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking.
Effective negotiating and closing skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Enjoy networking and meeting new people.
A valid driver's license and vehicle will be required.
Self-motivation, exceptional work ethic, and a positive attitude, all proven through references.
Social media savvy and/or extensive social media presence is considered an asset.
You know how to make social media and networking work to expand your sales opportunities.
Wireless, telecom, or technology industry experience an asset.
The Wireless Age Offers We offer a competitive salary structure with a base pay, uncapped commissions, and unlimited earning potential Average earnings range from $65,000 to over $100,000 per year.
