Le Français suit. Minogue Medical est à la recherche d'un(e) Spécialiste des Ventes en Chirurgie Bariatrique motivé(e), relevant directement du Vice-Président des Ventes. Le poste consiste à établir et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients, tout en développant le portefeuille d'appareils médicaux et équipements de soins de santé au Québec, avec une spécialisation en dispositifs de chirurgie bariatrique. Le(la) spécialiste sera reconnu(e) comme un expert dans son domaine, avec une compréhension approfondie des dispositifs médicaux innovants et des technologies de pointe en soins de santé.

Objectifs principaux :

  1. Atteindre les objectifs de vente et positionner Minogue Medical comme un leader dans le secteur de la santé.
  2. Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes marketing et développement commercial du siège social pour aligner les stratégies de vente avec les objectifs globaux.
  3. Fournir des retours sur le marché pour orienter le développement futur des produits et les activités promotionnelles.
  4. Identifier de nouvelles opportunités de croissance et initiatives stratégiques pour renforcer la présence sur le marché québécois.

Responsabilités clés :

  1. Établir des relations durables avec les partenaires cliniques et institutions de formation en chirurgie bariatrique.
  2. Diriger le développement commercial régional pour atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de vente.
  3. Présenter et promouvoir les nouveaux produits par des initiatives éducatives, de vente et de formation.
  4. Proactivement développer de nouveaux clients pour étendre la présence de Minogue Medical au Québec.
  5. Développer et exécuter un plan d'affaires robuste pour surpasser les objectifs dans tous les établissements de santé de la province.
  6. Négocier les contrats de vente en privilégiant la rentabilité.
  7. Fournir un soutien clinique et technique lors de l'implémentation des produits, y compris des formations sur mesure pour les médecins et le personnel hospitalier.
  8. Contribuer à la stratégie de notoriété de la marque et à sa position comme leader fiable dans l'industrie des dispositifs médicaux.

Qualifications requises :

  1. Diplôme de licence en biologie, sciences de la santé, commerce ou domaine connexe.
  2. Environ 3 ans de succès avéré dans la vente dans le secteur de la santé, idéalement en dispositifs médicaux ou technologies de santé.
  3. Connaissance approfondie des dispositifs et protocoles de chirurgie bariatrique, expérience clinique appréciée.
  4. Compétences en développement d'affaires avec un historique de dépassement des objectifs de vente.
  5. Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
