Raison d'être du poste :
Le technicien de maintenance / concierge est responsable de l'entretien préventif et correctif des installations, des réparations mineures et de la propreté générale des lieux. Il assure également un rôle de soutien aux usagers, locataires ou employés, et contribue à la sécurité et au bon fonctionnement de l'immeuble.
Responsabilités principales :
Entretien général et maintenance :
Inspecter les installations mécaniques, électriques, sanitaires et de chauffage.
Effectuer des réparations mineures : plomberie, menuiserie, peinture, électricité de base.
Planifier et exécuter l'entretien préventif de certains équipements (pompes, ventilation, etc.).
Signaler toute anomalie majeure au supérieur immédiat et coordonner avec les sous-traitants au besoin.
Conciergerie / entretien ménager :
Veiller à la propreté des aires communes (corridors, escaliers, entrées, ascenseurs).
Sortir et rentrer les bacs de recyclage, déchets et compost selon le calendrier municipal.
Déneiger les entrées et appliquer l'abrasif en hiver (si applicable).
S'assurer de la salubrité et du bon fonctionnement des lieux accessibles au public ou aux locataires.
Relations avec les usagers :
Répondre aux demandes des résidents ou du personnel de manière professionnelle, courtoise et rapide.
Accueillir les fournisseurs, visiteurs ou entrepreneurs externes.
Maintenir un climat sécuritaire et respectueux dans les lieux.
Exigences du poste :
Formation et expérience :
Diplôme d'études professionnelles (DEP) en entretien général d'immeubles, électromécanique ou domaine connexe (un atout).
Expérience pertinente de 2 à 5 ans dans un rôle similaire.
Connaissances de base en plomberie, électricité, ventilation, sécurité des bâtiments.
Autres exigences :
Capacité à soulever des charges (jusqu'à 25 kg) et à travailler debout pendant de longues périodes.
Permis de conduire valide (exigé).
