About the Role As a Senior Logistics Coordinator , you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of client shipments, resolving logistical challenges, and supporting internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring consistent, high-quality service.
Problem-Solving & Escalations:
Manage logistics issues such as delays, customs challenges, and unforeseen disruptions.
Shipment Execution:
Coordinate with carriers, brokers, and internal departments to ensure on-time deliveries.
Import/Export Documentation:
Accurately prepare and manage all necessary documents to maintain compliance.
Process Improvement:
Identify and suggest ways to optimize workflows and service delivery.
What We're Looking For Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a senior logistics coordination role within a 3 PL environment (required) Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English Deep knowledge of freight, transportation, and customs regulations Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and logistics operations under pressure Comfort with logistics software and technology tools Why Join Us?
