Vos responsabilités
Planifier, coordonner et superviser l'exécution des projets de construction.
Gérer les échéanciers, les budgets et les ressources pour garantir le respect des délais et des coûts.
Assurer une communication efficace avec les clients, les sous-traitants et les autres parties prenantes.
Superviser l'équipe de projet et veiller à une collaboration harmonieuse entre tous les intervenants.
Identifier et résoudre les problèmes techniques et opérationnels.
Veiller à l'application des normes de qualité, de sécurité et de conformité règlementaire.

Profil recherché
Expérience significative en gestion de projets de construction, idéalement dans un rôle sénior.
Excellentes compétences en planification, coordination et gestion des priorités.
Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et à respecter des échéances serrées.
Solides habiletés de communication et de négociation.
Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet et des logiciels pertinents.
Formation en génie civil, en gestion de la construction ou dans un domaine connexe (un atout).
