Le responsable du poste a la charge de la gestion et de la coordination des activités liées aux soumissions pour les nouveaux projets. Ses principales responsabilités incluent l'analyse approfondie des demandes de soumission reçues, ainsi que l'évaluation des besoins et des exigences des projets. Il est également chargé de transférer ses recommandations aux estimateurs afin qu'ils puissent établir des devis précis et détaillés.
Les tâches consistent à :
Répondre au processus d'estimation, depuis la réception des projets, la demande de documents (plans et devis), le dépôt des soumissions approuvées jusqu'au transfert du projet au gestionnaire de projet.
Faire la recherche de projets sur lesquels la compagnie pourrait soumissionner.
Assister les chargés de projet pour le calcul des prix des avenants ou extras, lorsque requis.
Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.
Le genre masculin n'est utilisé que pour alléger le texte.

Exigences :
Un diplôme d'études collégiales en technologie de l'estimation et de l'évaluation en bâtiment (souhaité) ou dans une sphère d'activité pertinente au poste.
Permis de conduire valide.
Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste semblable.
Maîtrise des logiciels informatique Word et Excel, des applications de gestion utilisées par l'entreprise, messagerie Outlook, navigateur internet.
