Chef Ingénieur(e) - Terrassement
La conception, la gestion contractuelle et le suivi des projets miniers feront aussi partie de son emploi du temps. Concevoir et modéliser les travaux de terrassement à l'aide des logiciels CAO/Civil 3D;
Émettre des dessins, spécifications de conception et rapports techniques;
Rédiger et examiner les documents contractuels pour les projets de construction;
Soutenir la préparation des contrats et gérer les révisions, changements et ajouts aux accords contractuels;
Analyser et évaluer les soumissions des entrepreneurs pour garantir les meilleures solutions techniques et financières;
Contribuer aux études préliminaires et aux différentes phases des projets d'ingénierie;
Baccalauréat en génie civil;
Maîtrise de Civil 3D et/ou Autocad;
Solide expérience dans la construction d'autoroutes, ponts ou barrages hydro-électriques;
Être en mesure de communiquer en français et/ou en anglais.
Bonnes aptitudes d'analyse, de synthèse et de résolution de problèmes;
Le poste sera basé au bureau de G Mining Services à Brossard
Possibilité d'un travail en mode hybride (travail au bureau et télétravail);
Doit être disponible pour voyager occasionnellement à l'étranger et au Canada sur site.

G Mining Services is a multidisciplinary company offering professional services in the mining industry, for underground and open pit mining projects, in precious, base, or industrial metals. G Mining is one of the most important consulting firms in mining engineering in Quebec, and among the major firms renowned for international projects.
Chief Engineer - Earthworks
The design, contract management and monitoring of mining projects will also be part of the responsibilities. Design and model earthworks using 3D CAD/Civil software;
Issue drawings, design specifications and technical reports;
Ensure that plans comply with applicable guidelines, building code requirements and standards.
Draft and review contract documents for construction projects;
Support contract preparation and manage revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements;
Analyze and evaluate contractor bids to ensure the best technical and financial solutions.
Contribute to preliminary studies and the different phases of engineering projects;
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering;
Studies in surveying and/or related field (asset);
Proficient in 3D Civil and/or AutoCAD;
Experience in a consulting engineering firm or with a construction contractor;
Strong experience in the construction of highways, bridges or hydroelectric dams;
Experience in the mining sector (significant asset);
Ability to communicate in French and/or English.
The position will be based at the G Mining Services office in Brossard;
Possibility of working in hybrid mode (office and remote work);
Must be available to occasionally travel to site, abroad and within Canada.
