Job Summary
What is the opportunity?
The Senior Manager, Peer Benchmarking, Market Share & Analytics drives actionable insights through measuring and analyzing relative competitive performance for RBC's Personal Banking and Commercial Banking businesses. They are responsible for identifying trends, synthesizing data and enabling clearer understanding of our competitive positioning to enhance financial and business performance. Additionally, the Senior Manager will be responsible for leveraging technology to transform the delivery of benchmarking and market share data to increase sharing of information and streamlining of deliverables and processes. The Senior Manager will also be driving the analytics and themes that are included in the Senior Executive Quarter Business Review (QBR), along with creating other similar competitive discussion documents for use in various senior business forums.
