Are you ready?

As our Nike Store Athlete (Store Associate), your mission will be to deliver a premium consumer experience by demonstrating expertise to navigate individual customer needs and providing complete solutions through Nike products and services to help consumers connect, train, and compete, achieving their goals.

What You Will Do

• Report to the Store Manager and ensure work duties are performed accurately.
• Monitor shipment flow and follow up on discrepancies promptly.
• Keep all stock areas neat, clean, and organized according to company standards.
• Perform box counts, validate against bills of lading, and report discrepancies, shortages, or damages immediately.
• Assist on the selling floor with product placement and stock replenishment.
• Ensure cash wraps are fully stocked with operational supplies.

What We Would Love To See

• High school diploma or GED, or currently pursuing one.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.
• Effective communication skills in verbal and written English.
• Physical ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and provide excellent customer service.
• One or more years of customer service and / or retail experience preferred.

Availability

Minimum Weekly Availability Requirements

• Minimum 20 hours weekly, including peak hours and weekends.
• Availability for 2 out of 3 weekend days (Friday-Sunday) and at least one weekday evening shift.
• Availability during blackout periods such as March Break, Canada Day, Back to School, Black Friday, and Winter Holidays.
